Ingredients

– 4 halibut fillets

– 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 1 teaspoon dried parsley

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. – In a shallow bowl, mix together the parmesan, garlic, panko, olive oil, parsley, salt, and pepper.

3. – Place the halibut fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Evenly coat the top of each fillet with the parmesan mixture, pressing it gently to adhere.

4. – Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the halibut is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.

5. – Serve hot and enjoy!
