Ingredients
– 1 pound ground chicken
– 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 egg
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
3. Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray or butter.
4. Transfer the chicken mixture to the prepared loaf pan, gently shaping it into a loaf.
