Description

Delicious Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a quick and easy way to enjoy the classic flavors of a cheeseburger in a fun and portable package. Packed with ground beef, gooey cheese, and a garlic Parmesan coating, these bombs are a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.


Ingredients

– 1 lb ground beef

– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tsp dried oregano

– 1/2 tsp salt

– 1/4 tsp black pepper

– 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough


Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. – In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

3. – Separate the biscuit dough into 8 pieces. Flatten each piece into a disc.

4. – Place a heaping tablespoon of the beef mixture into the center of each disc. Gather the dough around the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.

5. – Place the stuffed biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

6. – Bake for 18-20 minutes, until the biscuits are golden brown.

7. – Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes
