Ingredients
– 1 loaf (approximately 1 pound) sourdough bread
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons fresh chopped herbs (such as rosemary, thyme, and parsley)
– 8 ounces brie cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
– 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. 2. Using a sharp knife, slice the sourdough bread horizontally, creating a top and bottom piece.
3. 3. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic and chopped herbs. Spread the garlic-herb mixture evenly over the bottom half of the sourdough bread.
4. 4. Arrange the cubed brie cheese and cranberries in an even layer over the garlic-herb mixture.
5. 5. Place the top half of the sourdough bread back on the stuffed bottom half.
