Ingredients
– 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
– 8 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tsp dried thyme
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. 2. Add cauliflower florets and sauté for 5-7 minutes, until starting to soften.
3. 3. Add sliced mushrooms and minced garlic. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until mushrooms are tender.
