Description

Juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor, this garlic butter turkey tenderloin is the perfect quick and easy main dish. It’s ready in just 30 minutes and sure to become a new family favorite.

Ingredients

– 1 lb turkey tenderloin

– 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tsp dried thyme

– 1 tsp dried rosemary

– 1 tsp salt

– 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. 2. In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

3. 3. Rub the garlic butter mixture all over the turkey tenderloin, making sure to coat it evenly.

4. 4. Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the turkey tenderloin on all sides until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.

5. 5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast the turkey tenderloin until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, about 15-20 minutes.

6. 6. Remove the tenderloin from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

– For extra crispy skin, broil the tenderloin for 2-3 minutes after roasting.

– Leftover turkey tenderloin can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
