Ingredients
– 2 cups cooked sushi rice
– 1/4 cup rice vinegar
– 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

– 1 cup Fruity Pebbles cereal
– 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
Instructions
1. 1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked sushi rice, rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Mix well until the sugar and salt are dissolved.
2. 2. Spread the seasoned sushi rice out onto a baking sheet or large plate and let it cool to room temperature.
3. 3. Once cooled, transfer the rice to a clean surface and shape it into a rectangular block, about 1/2 inch thick.
4. 4. Spread the softened cream cheese evenly over the top of the rice block.
