Indulge in the sweet and tangy flavors of this irresistible Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Chips. This quick and easy appetizer is perfect for parties, gatherings, or as a refreshing snack.

Ingredients

– 2 cups diced fresh fruit (such as pineapple, mango, and strawberries)

– 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion

– 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice

– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

– 1 tablespoon granulated sugar

– 1 (12-ounce) bag tortilla chips

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, combine the diced fruit, red onion, lime juice, and cilantro. Gently toss to combine.

2. In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon and sugar.

3. Spread the tortilla chips out on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the chips, and gently toss to coat.

4. Serve the fruit salsa immediately with the cinnamon-sugar tortilla chips.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add a diced jalapeño or serrano pepper to the fruit salsa. Adjust the amount of sugar to your desired sweetness level. The fruit salsa can be made up to 1 day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
