Ingredients
– 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 2 eggs, beaten
– 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 4 burger buns, toasted
– Lettuce, tomato, and any other desired toppings
Instructions
1. Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Set up a breading station with the flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs in three separate shallow dishes.
3. Dredge the shrimp in the flour, dip in the egg, and then coat with the panko breadcrumbs, pressing to adhere.
4. Heat 1/2 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the breaded shrimp in batches for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
5. Drain the fried shrimp on a paper towel-lined plate.

Notes
