Ingredients
– 2 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
– 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
– 1 cup sour cream
– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
2. – In a large bowl, combine the cubed potatoes, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, 1 cup of the cheddar cheese, and the dry onion soup mix. Stir until well combined.
