Ingredients
– 12 Hawaiian rolls, split in half horizontally
– 1 pound thinly sliced roast beef
– 6 slices provolone cheese, cut in half
– 2 cups beef broth
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Place the bottom halves of the Hawaiian rolls in a baking dish.
3. Layer the roast beef and provolone cheese slices on the bottom buns.
4. Cover with the top buns.
5. In a small saucepan, combine the beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer.
6. Bake the sliders in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are lightly toasted.
7. Serve the French Dip Sliders warm, with the Au Jus dipping sauce on the side.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can lightly toast the buns before assembling the sliders. You can also use different types of cheese, such as Swiss or provolone, depending on your preference.
