Description

Fire Spicy Smashed Cucumber Salad is a refreshing and flavorful dish that’s perfect for hot summer days. The combination of tangy, spicy, and crunchy elements creates a delightful contrast in every bite.

Ingredients

– 3 large cucumbers, halved and smashed

– 2 red chili peppers, thinly sliced

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 1/4 cup rice vinegar

– 2 tablespoons sesame oil

– 1 tablespoon sugar

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the smashed cucumbers, sliced chili peppers, and minced garlic.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and salt.

3. Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and toss gently to coat.

4. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro.

5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

For a milder version, use less chili peppers or substitute with bell peppers. This salad can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
