Ingredients
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
– 2 teaspoons chili powder
– 1 teaspoon cumin
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 2 avocados, diced
– 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Instructions
1. – In a shallow dish or resealable bag, combine the olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken and turn to coat evenly. Cover and marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
