Ingredients

– 2 crisp apples, diced

– 2 ripe pears, diced

– 1 cup fresh cranberries

– 1 cup pomegranate arils

– 2 tablespoons honey

1. 1. In a large bowl, combine the diced apples, pears, cranberries, and pomegranate arils.

2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lemon juice, and cinnamon.

3. 3. Pour the honey-lemon dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat.

4. 4. Refrigerate the Fall fruit salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

5. 5. Serve chilled, garnished with fresh mint leaves if desired.
