Ingredients

– 16 ounces (2 blocks) cream cheese, softened

– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

– 1/4 cup everything bagel seasoning, plus more for coating

– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

– 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper


Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup everything bagel seasoning, chopped chives, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.

2. Scoop the cheese mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap and shape it into a ball. Wrap the plastic wrap around the ball and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 3 days.

3. Remove the cheese ball from the refrigerator and unwrap it. Roll the ball in the remaining everything bagel seasoning, pressing gently to adhere.
