Description

These irresistible Elvis Cookie Cups combine the classic flavors of peanut butter and banana in a delightful, bite-sized treat. Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth or sharing with friends and family.

Ingredients

– 1 cup creamy peanut butter

– 1 ripe banana, mashed

– 1/2 cup granulated sugar

– 1 egg

– 1 teaspoon baking soda

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line it with paper liners.

2. In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, mashed banana, sugar, and egg. Mix until well combined.

3. Add the baking soda, salt, and flour to the bowl. Stir until a dough forms.

4. Scoop heaping tablespoons of the dough into the prepared muffin cups, pressing the dough into the sides to create a cup shape.

5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cookie cups are lightly golden brown.

6. Remove the cookie cups from the oven and let them cool in the muffin tin for 5 minutes.

7. Carefully transfer the cookie cups to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For a fun twist, try adding a small scoop of chocolate chips or chopped nuts to the center of the cookie cups before baking. These Elvis Cookie Cups are best enjoyed the same day, but they can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
