Ingredients
– 1 pound fresh strawberries, washed and halved
– 4 ounces cream cheese, softened

Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and powdered sugar. Mix until well blended and smooth.
2. Gently scoop or pipe the cream cheese mixture into the center of each halved strawberry.
3. Garnish the filled strawberries with a sprinkle of chopped chives or parsley.
4. Chill the deviled strawberries in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the filling to set.
