Description

These Deviled Eggs With Bacon are a quick, easy, and utterly delicious appetizer. Perfectly creamy egg yolks are combined with crispy bacon bits for a flavor-packed bite that’s sure to impress.


Ingredients

– 12 large eggs

– 1/2 cup mayonnaise

– 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

– 1 teaspoon white vinegar

– 1/4 teaspoon paprika

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

– 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled


Instructions

1. – Place the eggs in a single layer in a saucepan and cover with water by 1 inch. Bring to a boil over high heat.

2. – Once the water reaches a boil, remove from heat, cover, and let stand for 12 minutes.

3. – Drain the eggs and let cool completely, about 15 minutes.

4. – Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.

5. – Scoop the yolks into a medium bowl and mash with a fork.

6. – Add the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.

7. – Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.

8. – Top each deviled egg with a sprinkle of crumbled bacon.

9. – Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

For best results, use fresh, high-quality eggs. The deviled eggs can be made a day in advance and kept covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
