Ingredients
– 1 cup orange juice
– 1/2 cup lime juice
– 6 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 tablespoon dried oregano
– 1 teaspoon ground cumin
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. – In a medium bowl, whisk together the orange juice, lime juice, garlic, olive oil, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper.
2. – Use the marinade immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
3. – To use, pour the marinade over your desired protein, vegetables, or tofu and let it sit for 30 minutes to 2 hours before cooking.
