Ingredients
– 2 lbs beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
– 1 onion, diced
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup beef broth
– 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
– 1 tsp dried thyme
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. 1. Place the beef cubes, onion, and garlic in a slow cooker.
2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the beef.
3. 3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the beef is very tender.
