Description
This Crockpot Christmas Jam is a deliciously easy, slow-cooked holiday treat bursting with the flavors of the season. Cranberries, orange, and warm spices come together in a vibrant, jewel-toned jam that’s perfect for gifting, topping baked brie, or enjoying on its own.
Ingredients
– 12 oz fresh or frozen cranberries
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 1/2 cup orange juice
– 2 tbsp orange zest
– 1 tsp ground cinnamon
– 1/4 tsp ground cloves
– 1/4 tsp ground allspice
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a slow cooker and stir to combine.
2. Cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries have burst and the jam has thickened.
3. Carefully transfer the hot jam to sterilized jars, leaving 1/4 inch headspace.
4. Seal the jars and let cool completely before refrigerating.
Notes
This jam can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. For longer-term storage, you can process the sealed jars in a water bath canner for 10 minutes.
