Description

Crispy Chilli Beef is a quick and easy weeknight dinner that’s bursting with bold, savory-sweet Asian flavors. Tender beef is cooked to crispy perfection and tossed in a mouthwatering chili sauce for a meal that’s sure to please the whole family.

Ingredients

– 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced

– 2 tbsp soy sauce

– 1 tbsp rice vinegar

– 1 tsp sesame oil

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tbsp grated ginger

– 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce

– 2 tbsp brown sugar

– 2 tbsp vegetable oil

– 3 green onions, sliced

– Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

1. – In a large bowl, combine the sliced beef, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Toss to coat and let marinate for 15 minutes.

2. – In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, ginger, chili garlic sauce, and brown sugar.

3. – Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is crispy and browned.

4. – Add the chili garlic sauce mixture to the skillet and toss to coat the beef. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.

5. – Remove from heat and stir in the sliced green onions.

6. – Serve the Crispy Chilli Beef immediately, garnished with sesame seeds. Enjoy over steamed rice.

Notes

For extra heat, add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes. This dish also works well with thinly sliced chicken or pork instead of beef.
