Description

Ingredients

– 2 lbs ground turkey

– 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped

– 2 cups bread cubes

– 1/2 onion, diced

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tsp dried sage

– 1 tsp dried thyme

– 1/2 tsp salt

– 1/4 tsp black pepper

– 2 tbsp butter, melted


Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. – In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped cranberries, bread cubes, onion, garlic, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

3. – Scoop the mixture and form into 1-inch balls, placing them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

4. – Brush the tops of the stuffing balls with the melted butter.

5. – Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the balls are golden brown and cooked through.

6. – Serve warm as a side dish or appetizer.

Notes

For a variation, try adding chopped pecans or walnuts to the stuffing mixture. These Cranberry & Turkey Stuffing Balls can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
