Description

This Cranberry Pecan Baked Brie is a decadent and easy-to-make appetizer that’s perfect for parties, holidays, or a cozy night in. The creamy, melted brie is topped with a sweet and tangy cranberry-pecan compote for a delightful flavor combination.

Ingredients

– 1 (8 oz) wheel of brie cheese

– 1 cup fresh cranberries

– 1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans

– 1/4 cup brown sugar

– 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

– 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions

1. – Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. – In a small bowl, combine the cranberries, pecans, brown sugar, and melted butter. Stir until well mixed.

3. – Place the brie wheel on a baking sheet or in a small baking dish. Top the brie with the cranberry-pecan mixture, spreading it evenly over the top.

4. – Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the brie is heated through and the topping is bubbly.

5. – Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the chopped fresh rosemary.

6. – Serve the Cranberry Pecan Baked Brie warm with crackers, bread, or fresh fruit for dipping.

Notes

– For a firmer texture, bake the brie for a few minutes longer.

– Try using different nut varieties, such as walnuts or almonds, in the topping.

– Serve the baked brie with a variety of dippers, such as sliced apples, pears, or crusty bread.
