Ingredients
– 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed if frozen
– 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
– 8 oz camembert cheese, cut into small cubes
– 1/2 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
– 1 egg, beaten with 1 tbsp water for egg wash
– 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. 2. Unfold the puff pastry sheet and roll it out on a lightly floured surface to a 12-inch square.
3. 3. Place the puff pastry on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
4. 4. Arrange the cranberries, camembert cheese, and pistachios in the center of the puff pastry, leaving a 2-inch border.
5. 5. Fold the corners of the puff pastry over the filling, overlapping them to create a tree shape.
6. 6. Brush the puff pastry with the egg wash.
7. 7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
8. 8. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the chopped rosemary.
9. 9. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
