Description
These Cranberry Brie Bites are a classic, crowd-pleasing holiday appetizer. Buttery puff pastry cups are filled with tart cranberries and creamy brie cheese for an explosion of festive flavors.
Ingredients
– 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
– 8 oz brie cheese, cubed
– 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
– 2 tbsp brown sugar
– 1 tsp orange zest
– 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a mini muffin tin.
2. – Roll out puff pastry and cut into 24 squares. Press each square into the muffin tin wells.
3. – In a small bowl, combine the brie cubes, cranberries, brown sugar, and orange zest.
4. – Fill each puff pastry cup with the cranberry brie mixture.
5. – Brush the pastry edges with the beaten egg.
6. – Bake for 15-18 minutes until the pastry is golden brown.
7. – Serve the Cranberry Brie Bites warm.
Notes
These bite-sized appetizers can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving. Leftovers will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
