Description

Sink your teeth into these mouthwatering Cowboy Sliders, a delicious twist on the classic burger. Juicy beef patties are topped with melted cheese, crispy bacon, and a tangy barbecue sauce, creating a flavor-packed mini burger that’s perfect for game day or a quick weeknight meal.

Ingredients

– 1 lb ground beef

– 1 tsp salt

– 1/2 tsp black pepper

– 8 slider buns, split

– 8 slices cheddar cheese

– 8 slices cooked bacon

– 1/4 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. 2. In a bowl, gently mix the ground beef with the salt and pepper until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

3. 3. Divide the beef into 8 equal portions and shape them into small, flat patties.

4. 4. Grill or cook the patties for 2-3 minutes per side, until cooked through.

5. 5. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and let it melt for about 1 minute.

6. 6. Spread a small amount of barbecue sauce on the bottom bun, then top with a cheesy burger patty and a slice of crispy bacon.

7. 7. Close the sliders and serve immediately.

Notes

For a spicier twist, use pepper jack cheese or add a few slices of jalapeño. You can also customize the toppings to your liking, such as adding onions, pickles, or a dollop of ranch dressing.
