Description

Indulge in the rich, creamy flavor of Cowboy Butter Chicken Linguine – a comforting and satisfying pasta dish that’s ready in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

– 8 oz linguine

– 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed

– 2 tbsp unsalted butter

– 1 tbsp minced garlic

– 1 tsp smoked paprika

– 1 tsp chili powder

– 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

– 1 cup heavy cream

– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– Salt and black pepper to taste

– Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. – Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. – In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the cubed chicken and sauté until cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.

3. – Stir in the minced garlic, smoked paprika, chili powder, and cayenne pepper. Cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

4. – Pour in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly.

5. – Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to coat everything evenly in the creamy sauce.

6. – Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

7. – Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add a squeeze of lemon juice or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes. This dish also pairs well with a side salad or garlic bread.
