Ingredients
– 8 oz block of feta cheese, cubed
– 6 large eggs
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tsp dried oregano
– 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
