Ingredients
– 1 cup rolled oats
– 1/2 cup shredded coconut
– 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 1/4 cup brown sugar
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. 2. In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats and shredded coconut.
