Description

Indulge in the rich, creamy flavors of Tiramisu with this easy, no-bake Tiramisu Chia Pudding. This decadent dessert combines the classic tiramisu ingredients of espresso, cocoa, and mascarpone with protein-packed chia seeds for a guilt-free treat.

Ingredients

– 1/2 cup chia seeds

– 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

– 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee or espresso, cooled

– 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

– 1/4 cup granulated sugar

– 1 cup mascarpone cheese

– 1/2 cup heavy cream

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. 1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the chia seeds, almond milk, coffee, and cocoa powder until well combined.

2. 2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until thickened, stirring occasionally.

3. 3. In a separate bowl, beat the mascarpone, heavy cream, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.

4. 4. Gently fold the mascarpone mixture into the chia pudding until well combined.

5. 5. Spoon the Tiramisu Chia Pudding into individual serving dishes or glasses.

6. 6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or up to 4 days, before serving.
