Description

Indulge in the ultimate comfort food with this Cinnamon Roll Casserole. Featuring the classic flavors of cinnamon rolls in a convenient, easy-to-make casserole form, this dish is perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert. Enjoy the gooey, cinnamony goodness in every bite.

Ingredients

– 2 cans (13.8 oz each) refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing

– 4 large eggs

– 1 cup whole milk

– 1/4 cup granulated sugar

– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. Separate the cinnamon rolls, reserving the icing. Cut each roll into quarters and place them in the prepared baking dish.

3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt until well combined.

4. Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces, making sure they are all evenly coated.

5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is golden brown and the center is set.

6. Remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes.

7. Drizzle the reserved icing over the top of the casserole and serve warm.

Notes

– For a richer flavor, use half-and-half or heavy cream instead of milk.

– Add chopped pecans or walnuts to the top of the casserole for extra crunch.

– Refrigerate any leftover casserole and reheat individual portions in the microwave.
