Description

Indulge in the delightful flavors of this Christmas Stuffed Pork Tenderloin, a show-stopping main dish that’s perfect for your holiday feast. Juicy pork tenderloin is filled with a savory, herb-infused stuffing, creating a mouthwatering and comforting holiday meal.

Ingredients

– 1 (2-3 lb) pork tenderloin

– 1 cup breadcrumbs

– 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

– 1/4 cup chopped fresh thyme

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 1/2 cup diced onion

– 2 tablespoons butter

– 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth

– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. 2. In a medium skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

3. 3. Transfer the onion and garlic to a bowl, and mix in the breadcrumbs, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper.

4. 4. Butterfly the pork tenderloin by cutting it lengthwise, leaving one side attached. Open the tenderloin like a book.

5. 5. Spread the breadcrumb stuffing mixture evenly over the open tenderloin.

6. 6. Carefully roll up the tenderloin and secure it with kitchen string or toothpicks.

7. 7. Place the stuffed pork tenderloin in a baking dish and pour the broth around the base.

8. 8. Roast the tenderloin in the preheated oven for 25-35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

9. 9. Let the pork rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

– For a crispy exterior, you can brown the stuffed tenderloin in a hot skillet before baking.

– Adjust the cooking time based on the thickness of your pork tenderloin.

– Serve with your favorite holiday sides, such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or dinner rolls.
