Ingredients
– 12 large Medjool dates, pitted
– 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
– 1/4 cup powdered sugar

– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 8 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted
– 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt until well combined.
2. Using a small spoon or your fingers, stuff each date with the cream cheese mixture.
3. In a double boiler or microwave, melt the chocolate, stirring occasionally until smooth.
4. Dip the stuffed dates into the melted chocolate, coating them completely.
5. Place the chocolate-dipped dates on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
