Ingredients

– 8 large croissants, cut into 1-inch pieces

– 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

– 4 large eggs

– 1 cup whole milk

– 1/4 cup granulated sugar

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

– 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. Arrange the croissant pieces in the prepared baking dish in an even layer.

3. Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the croissant pieces.

4. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.

5. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the croissant and chocolate chips.
