Description

Satisfy your sweet tooth with these irresistible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownie Bombs – a decadent fusion of gooey cookie dough and rich, fudgy brownies.

Ingredients

– 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients to prepare)

– 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

– 1 cup light brown sugar

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

– 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.

2. – Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and spread into the prepared baking pan.

3. – In a medium bowl, beat the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in the vanilla and salt, then fold in the flour and chocolate chips.

4. – Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of the cookie dough and press them into the top of the unbaked brownies, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

5. – Bake for 18-20 minutes, until the brownies are set and the cookie dough is lightly golden.

6. – Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

For a more indulgent treat, drizzle the cooled brownies with melted chocolate or caramel sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
