Ingredients
– 12 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
– 1/2 cup caramel sauce
– 1 cup miniature marshmallows
– 6 slices bacon, cooked until crispy and crumbled
– 1 tablespoon whiskey (optional)
Instructions
1. 1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. 2. Melt the chopped dark chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring frequently until smooth.
3. 3. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it evenly.
4. 4. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the chocolate and use a knife or spoon to gently swirl it into the chocolate.
5. 5. Sprinkle the miniature marshmallows and crumbled bacon evenly over the top.
6. 6. If using, drizzle the whiskey over the bark.
7. 7. Refrigerate the bark for at least 2 hours, or until it has set completely.
