Description

These Chicken Potato Rolls are a delicious and easy-to-make dinner that the whole family will love. Tender chicken and fluffy potato rolls come together for a comforting and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts

– 1 cup mashed potatoes

– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough

– 1 tbsp olive oil

– 1 tsp garlic powder

– 1 tsp onion powder

– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a baking sheet.

2. 2. In a skillet, cook the chicken in olive oil over medium heat until fully cooked, about 10 minutes. Shred or chop the chicken.

3. 3. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, mashed potatoes, and shredded cheese.

4. 4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.

5. 5. Roll up the dough, starting from the wide end and rolling towards the point, to enclose the filling.

6. 6. Place the rolled-up chicken potato rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

7. 7. Bake for 18-20 minutes, until the rolls are golden brown.

8. 8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add sautéed onions, garlic, or herbs to the chicken mixture. These rolls also reheat well, making them great for meal prep.
