Ingredients
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 teaspoon dried parsley
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
3. Slice each chicken breast horizontally to create a pocket, being careful not to cut all the way through.
4. Spoon the cheese mixture evenly into the pockets of the chicken breasts.
