Description

These Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders are a flavor-packed, easy-to-make appetizer or light dinner. Tender chicken, crispy bacon, and tangy ranch dressing come together in a delightful slider format that’s perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

– 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts

– 8 slices bacon, cooked until crispy

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 1/2 cup ranch dressing

– 12 Hawaiian rolls or small buns, split in half

– 1 tablespoon olive oil

– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then shred or chop it into bite-sized pieces.

4. Arrange the split buns on a baking sheet. Top each bottom bun with some of the shredded chicken, a slice of crispy bacon, and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese.

5. Bake the sliders for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are lightly toasted.

6. Remove the sliders from the oven and drizzle the ranch dressing over the tops.

7. Serve the Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders warm, garnished with fresh parsley or chives if desired.

Notes

These sliders can be easily customized with different cheeses, toppings, or sauces. For a spicy twist, add a drizzle of hot sauce or a sprinkle of cayenne pepper. The shredded chicken can also be made ahead of time for even quicker assembly.
