Ingredients
– 1 lb brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
– 2 tbsp maple syrup
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. 2. In a large bowl, toss the brussels sprouts with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
3. 3. Spread the brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
4. 4. Roast for 18-20 minutes, stirring halfway, until sprouts are tender and caramelized.
5. 5. Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crispy sprouts, roast for an additional 5 minutes. You can also add chopped nuts or parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
