Ingredients
– 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
– 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
– 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
– 4 large eggs
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup jarred caramel sauce
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
2. 2. In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom and 1 inch up the sides of the prepared pan.
3. 3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until light and fluffy. Gradually add the sugar and flour, beating until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla.
4. 4. Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared crust. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is almost set.
5. 5. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and allow it to cool completely. Once cooled, drizzle the caramel sauce over the top.
6. 6. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
For an extra indulgent treat, top the chilled cheesecake with a sprinkle of sea salt or a dollop of whipped cream.
