Description

Indulge in these delightful Candy Cane Fireball Gummies – a quick and easy no-bake treat that’s perfect for the holidays! With a vibrant red and white candy cane pattern and a delightful fireball whiskey flavor, these gummies are sure to be a hit at your next holiday gathering or cozy movie night.

Ingredients

– 3 packets unflavored gelatin

– 1 cup light corn syrup

– 1/2 cup water

– 1/4 cup fireball whiskey

– 10 drops red food coloring

– 10 drops white food coloring

Instructions

1. Grease an 8×8 inch baking pan and set aside.

2. In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over 1/4 cup of the water and let sit for 5 minutes to bloom.

3. In a medium saucepan, combine the remaining 1/4 cup water, corn syrup, and bloomed gelatin. Heat over medium, stirring constantly, until the gelatin is completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth, about 5 minutes.

4. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the fireball whiskey.

5. Divide the mixture evenly into two bowls. Add the red food coloring to one bowl and the white food coloring to the other, stirring until the color is fully incorporated.

6. Carefully pour the red mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it into an even layer. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

7. Carefully pour the white mixture over the red layer, again spreading it evenly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until completely set.

8. Once set, remove the gummies from the pan and cut into 1-inch squares using a sharp knife.

Notes

For a more intense fireball flavor, increase the amount of fireball whiskey to 1/2 cup. Store the gummies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
