Ingredients

– 3 cups peeled and cubed butternut squash

– 2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and sliced

– 1/4 cup brown sugar

– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

– 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

– 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a large bowl, combine the cubed butternut squash, sliced apples, brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Toss gently to coat the vegetables and fruit.
