Description

Indulge in a delightful breakfast with these Breakfast Sliders (Sausage, Egg, and Maple Butter). Featuring savory sausage, fluffy eggs, and a sweet maple butter topping, these sliders are the perfect way to start your day.

Ingredients

– 8 Hawaiian rolls or brioche buns, sliced in half

– 8 eggs

– 8 cooked sausage patties

– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

– 1/4 cup pure maple syrup

– 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a small bowl, combine the softened butter and maple syrup. Mix well until fully incorporated.

3. Place the bottom half of the Hawaiian rolls or brioche buns in a baking dish.

4. Top each bottom bun with a sausage patty, followed by a fried egg.

5. Spread the maple butter evenly over the top buns and place them on top of the egg and sausage.

6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the buns are lightly golden and the butter has melted.

7. Serve the Breakfast Sliders hot and enjoy!

Notes

For a more decadent twist, you can add a slice of cheese to the sliders before baking. Store any leftover sliders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
