Description

This Blueberry Basil Lemon Lavender Mocktail is a refreshing and flavorful non-alcoholic drink that’s perfect for any occasion. Bursting with the natural sweetness of blueberries, the herbal notes of basil, and the citrusy zing of lemon and lavender, this mocktail is a delightful treat for your taste buds.

Ingredients

– 1 cup fresh blueberries

– 10 fresh basil leaves

– 1 lemon, juiced

– 1 teaspoon dried lavender flowers

– 2 cups sparkling water or club soda

– 2 tablespoons honey (or to taste)

– Ice cubes

Instructions

1. – In a medium saucepan, combine the blueberries, basil leaves, lemon juice, and lavender flowers. Gently heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the blueberries have released their juices.

2. – Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing on the solids to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids.

3. – In a pitcher, combine the blueberry-basil-lemon-lavender syrup with the sparkling water or club soda. Stir in the honey to taste.

4. – Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the mocktail over the ice.

5. – Garnish with additional basil leaves, lemon slices, or blueberries, if desired.

6. – Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing and flavorful Blueberry Basil Lemon Lavender Mocktail.

Notes

This mocktail can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. The syrup can also be used to flavor other beverages, such as lemonade or iced tea.
