Ingredients
– 8 oz goat cheese, softened

Instructions
1. In a small bowl, combine the softened goat cheese, balsamic vinegar, and honey. Mix until well blended.
2. Spread the goat cheese mixture onto a serving plate or board.
3. Top the goat cheese with the fresh blueberries, distributing them evenly.
4. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the top of the blueberries.
5. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and optional fresh thyme or rosemary.
