Ingredients
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 cup warm water
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

– 1 cup pizza sauce
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt. Add the warm water and olive oil, and knead until a smooth dough forms.
2. Cover the dough and let it rise for 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
4. Roll the dough into a circle and place it on a greased baking sheet.
