Ingredients

– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts

– 8 cups chicken broth

– 3 carrots, peeled and sliced

– 2 celery stalks, sliced

– 1 onion, diced

– 3 garlic cloves, minced

– 2 tsp dried thyme

– 1 tsp dried parsley

– 8 oz egg noodles

– Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. 1. Place the chicken, broth, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, and parsley in a slow cooker.

2. 2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is cooked through.

3. 3. Remove the chicken and shred or dice it.
