Ingredients
– 2 ripe bananas, mashed
– 4 chamomile tea bags
– 2 cups water
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 1 lemon, juiced
Instructions
1. In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
2. Add the chamomile tea bags and steep for 5-7 minutes, or until the tea has a deep, golden color.
3. Remove the tea bags and stir in the mashed bananas until well combined.
4. Add the honey and lemon juice, and stir until the honey has dissolved.
5. Pour the Banana Chamomile Tea into mugs and serve warm.
Notes
For a creamier texture, you can blend the banana and tea mixture until smooth before adding the honey and lemon. You can also adjust the sweetness to your liking by adding more or less honey.
